Every piece begins with the careful selection of high-quality solid wood or engineered MDF, chosen for strength, durability, and stability. Skilled artisans then handcraft the structure, shaping and assembling the base with precise joinery techniques.

Once the form is complete, the surface is prepared and a detailed design layout is hand-sketched directly onto the furniture. This blueprint guides the entire inlay process, ensuring accuracy, balance, and artistic harmony in the final piece.

The process continues with sourcing premium-quality bone and mother of pearl. Each piece is thoroughly cleaned, refined, and prepared to achieve the highest standard of purity and finish.

Artisans then carefully cut the material into small, uniform pieces and hand-shape them according to the design requirements. Every individual piece is meticulously placed onto the wooden surface, following the sketched pattern with exceptional precision.

This stage requires immense patience and expertise, as hundreds of tiny pieces come together to form intricate, timeless patterns — a true reflection of traditional craftsmanship.

Once the inlay work is complete, a specially formulated resin is prepared in the desired color and carefully filled into the gaps between the inlay pieces. This enhances the design, creates contrast, and secures every element firmly in place.

After the resin sets and cures, the surface undergoes multiple stages of sanding to achieve a smooth, seamless finish. The piece is then polished to bring out a rich, luxurious sheen, followed by the fitting of hardware and final detailing.

Each item is thoroughly inspected to ensure it meets the highest quality standards before being carefully prepared for delivery.
