Each and every product offered by The Regal Art is handcrafted by skilled artisans across India. As our furniture and décor pieces are not mass-produced and are made using natural materials and traditional techniques, every item is unique and may have slight variations. We request your patience in case of production or delivery delays, as quality craftsmanship takes time.


1. SHIPPING & DELIVERY OVERVIEW

·         All products are carefully inspected, quality-checked, and packed by experienced professionals.

·         Special packaging is used for fragile, heavy, or premium pieces to ensure safe transit.

·         We ship through trusted logistics and transport partners.

·         Most products can be shipped within India and internationally, while some items may be restricted to domestic delivery only.

·         Shipping costs vary depending on product size, weight, destination, and delivery method and may be charged separately instead of being included in the product price.

Once shipping costs are finalized and payment is completed, our team will share shipment and delivery details with you.


2. PRODUCTION & DISPATCH TIMELINES

As most products are handcrafted or made-to-order, timelines vary depending on size and complexity.

Estimated Production & Delivery Timelines (Door-to-Door)

Small Items (1 kg – 50 kg)

·         Production / Ready time: 6–7 days

·         Delivery time: 8–10 days after dispatch

Medium Items (51 kg – 100 kg)

·         Production / Ready time: 10–15 days

·         Delivery time: 10–15 days after dispatch

Large Items (Above 100 kg)

·         Production / Ready time: 15–20 days

·         Delivery time: 2–3 weeks after dispatch

Custom or made-to-order pieces may require additional time. Any delays or exceptions will be communicated in advance.


3. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

·         We ship internationally on request.

·         International shipping charges are additional and depend on product size, weight, and destination.

·         Customs duties, VAT, import taxes, or local charges (if any) are the buyer’s responsibility.

·         Once dispatched, international orders cannot be redirected.

4. DELIVERY CONDITIONS

·         All orders require a signature upon delivery.

·         For ground-floor residences/offices, products will be delivered to the doorstep.

·         For multi-level buildings, products may be placed in a secure lobby or reception area.

·         Arrangement of manpower to move furniture inside premises is the customer’s responsibility.

·         Our delivery partners are not equipped to carry furniture up multiple flights of stairs or unpack items.

·         Please ensure your entryways, doors, elevators, and staircases can accommodate the product size.
Returns or cancellations due to access issues will not be accepted.


5. DELIVERY & UNBOXING GUIDELINES

·         Please inspect the outer packaging before accepting delivery.

·         If packaging appears damaged or torn, mention this clearly on the delivery receipt (e.g., “Received with damaged packaging”).

·         Open delivery is not provided; however, packaging condition must be checked.

·         Some items may arrive crate-packed or require assembly.

·         In some locations, we may arrange separate unboxing or assembly assistance if required.


6. ORDER CONFIRMATION PROCESS

To ensure accuracy and customer satisfaction:

1.      We send an order confirmation with full details (color, size, material, design).

2.      After production, we share actual product images for approval.

3.      Final confirmation is taken before packing and dispatch.

Once approved, orders cannot be changed or cancelled.


7. CANCELLATION POLICY

·         Orders can be cancelled only within 24 hour of placing the order.

·         No cancellations are allowed after 24 hour.

·         If cancelled after 24 hours, the cost Costs incurred item amount paid shall be forfeited.

·         Made-to-order or customized items cannot be cancelled once production begins.


8. RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We take pride in quality craftsmanship and inspect every item before dispatch.

Returns / Exchanges are accepted only if:

·         The item received is different from what was ordered (wrong SKU).

·         The item is damaged beyond repair during transit.

Important Conditions

·         Issues must be reported within 24–48 hours of delivery.

·         Requests after 48 hours will not be accepted.

·         Custom-made, made-to-order, commissioned items, artworks, and gift vouchers are non-returnable.

·         International orders are not eligible for returns due to change of mind.

9. DAMAGE, REPAIR & REPLACEMENT

·         Minor or moderate transit damage may be repaired locally at our expense.

·         For major damage, we may offer a replacement or refund after evaluation.

·         Please retain original packaging until the issue is resolved.

·         Uneven legs:

o    Up to 5 mm difference: leveling support will be provided.

o    More than 5 mm: item may be repaired or replaced based on assessment.

All returns or replacements require prior approval from the Company.


10. REFUND POLICY

If a refund is approved:

·         Refunds are processed after pickup and inspection of returned items.

·         Refund initiation timeline: 7–10 business days after clearance.

·         Refunds are issued via the original payment method or NEFT.

·         Processing or logistics charges may be deducted where applicable.

·         Shipping, customs duties, and taxes are non-refundable.


11. PRODUCT WARRANTY

·         All products carry a limited 6-month warranty from the date of purchase.

·         Warranty covers manufacturing defects only.

·         Warranty does not cover:

o    Normal wear and tear

o    Improper use or handling

o    Accidental damage

o    Theft

o    Natural disasters or acts of God

·         Accessories shown in product images are for representation only.

·         Each handcrafted piece is unique; slight variations are natural.

·         Products sold on a non-returnable basis unless damaged or incorrectly delivered.
