Shipping and Delivery

Every piece showcased on Regal Art & Craft is exclusive, and many items are fragile or heavy. Each item we ship is carefully packaged by experts who take the utmost care to ensure it does not get damaged in transit.

Most of the items you see on Regal Art & Craft can be shipped globally, while some can only be shipped within India. Since our pieces require special packaging and are sometimes heavy or fragile, shipping costs can vary significantly depending on the weight of the products. Sometimes we provide shipping costs to clients separately based on their location, instead of standardizing them and including them in the price of the item.

Once we've agreed on the shipping costs and your purchase transaction is complete, our team will be in touch with you regarding shipment details. We always provide clients with an estimated delivery timeline before confirming the order, and any special considerations can be discussed and settled before you make the payment. Orders are typically dispatched within 7 to 10 days of receiving payment, though this depends on the order — it may occasionally take longer if the item needs to be customized. Our team will keep you notified of any exceptions or delays.

Time Taken for Order Preparation and Delivery (Door to Door)

Small items (1 kg – 50 kg)

• Preparation time: 6 to 7 days
• Delivery time: 8 to 10 days after dispatch

Medium items (51 kg – 100 kg)

• Preparation time: 10 to 15 days
• Delivery time: 10 to 15 days after dispatch

Large items (more than 100 kg)

• Preparation time: 15 to 20 days
• Delivery time: 3 to 4 weeks after dispatch

At The Regal Art, we offer worldwide delivery for our handcrafted furniture and décor. Orders are shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis. We cover the shipping cost to the delivery address, while any import duties, customs charges, tariffs, taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country are payable by the customer.

International Delivery

We deliver our products to customers across the world. Depending on the product size, destination, and shipping requirements, we may use different international courier and logistics partners.

Customers are requested to provide a complete and accurate delivery address where someone is available to receive the shipment during regular delivery hours, generally Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

If special delivery arrangements are required, please contact us before shipment.

International shipments may be delivered through established courier companies including DHL, FedEx, UPS, and TNT. The carrier is selected based on the destination, package dimensions, weight, and available service.

The product prices shown on TheRegalArt.com include worldwide door-to-door shipping unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Delivery & Transit Time

Once your order is ready, it is carefully packed and dispatched from our warehouse. We work with our shipping partners to ensure your order reaches you safely and as efficiently as possible.

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, customs clearance, courier operations, and other circumstances beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery information provided at checkout is complete and correct. The Regal Art cannot be held responsible for delays or unsuccessful delivery resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or inaccessible address information.

Please note that courier services generally cannot deliver to P.O. Box addresses. A valid residential, apartment, or commercial address should be provided.

Customs, Duties & Import Charges

All international shipments are sent under DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) terms.

Depending on the destination country and the nature and value of the purchase, your order may be subject to import duties, customs charges, tariffs, taxes, clearance fees, or other local charges.

These charges are determined by the authorities or service providers in the destination country and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. Any such charges must be paid by the customer upon importation or delivery.

Shipping Insurance

To provide additional protection during transportation, The Regal Art insures orders while they are in transit until delivery.

For certain shipments, a signature may be required at the time of delivery. Customers should ensure that someone is available to receive and acknowledge the shipment.
